Start you own meditation practice or meditation group using the Red Lotus Society Bell & Breath Technique
- For one or more people
- Determine the length of your meditation session (30 min recommended)
- Keep time with a clock or watch
- Before the meditation strike a bell (any kind, any number of times)
- Observe the breath
- Strike the bell again to end the meditation session
