Start a Meditation Group

Start you own meditation practice or meditation group using the Red Lotus Society Bell & Breath Technique

- For one or more people

  1. Determine the length of your meditation session (30 min recommended)
  2. Keep time with a clock or watch
  3. Before the meditation strike a bell (any kind, any number of times)
  4. Observe the breath
  5. Strike the bell again to end the meditation session
