Free Parking
Free (3 hr) Parking at Horton Plaza. Lot is just one block away (2 minute walk) at 3rd Avenue and G Street.
Anytime after 6 PM & on Sundays or Holidays, street parking is FREE (meters/yellow/green). You can even park in yellow commercial zones. Red/Blue curbs however are not acceptable.
Paid Parking
There is a large ’5 Star’ parking lot on the corner of 2nd Avenue & J Street. It charges a $5 flat rate after 5pm Sun – Thur, $10 flat rate on Fri/Sat.
You may also opt for the 6th & K Parkade, a 4 story structure with 1000 spaces. It is open 24/7. The flat evening rate is $3 Sun – Thur, $8 on Fri/Sat.
Lastly, the San Diego Convention Center, located directly across Harbor Drive (less than 200 yards away) at 114 W Harbor Drive, has a large covered parking lot. All day parking is $8. No overnight parking is allowed.
